Dritz 1.5 inch wide heavy stretch waistband elastic. Total length is 1.25 yards (1.14m) or just over 3 feet long. Perfect for jogging shorts, sweatpants, or waistbands for DIY tulle skirts.
Can also be used for cuff bands or jacket waistbands.
