1) Manufactured at JUKI Industrial plant to JUKI Industrial standards in Japan.(only long arm on the market self produced in such a factory)
2) Cast aluminum housing. Strength and durability by design.
3) Direct Drive – motor mounted to upper shaft. (no belts – avoids wear issues and reduces timing issues)
4) Upper and lower shafts connected by vertical shaft with metal gears.(no timing belt – avoids belt related issues and improves control)
5) Gears are protected in closures with lubricant. Reduced exposure of lubricant means longer lasting and less maintenance.
