Customer returns are items that have been sold to a customer and they were returned within out 30 day return period. Ken’s technicians inspect items, test and make sure there are no problems with the item. We have to sell the item at a discount since they have been opened. Coupon codes do not apply to customer returns. In the event a code is used Ken’s reserves the right to cancel the order as discounts have already been applied to these like new items.
