The pattern includes instructions for using PUL (polyurethane laminate) fabric to make a pad with a wipe-clean lining. The finished Clutch measures 7¼””H x 11½””W x 2″”D closed and 15½””H x 11½””W when open.
The Changing Pad opens to 22″” x 22″” and easily folds to fit inside the folded Clutch.
