Black 4-way stretch pvc fabric (stretches both vertically and horizontally). Very high quality 4-way stretch pvc – just as shiny as our 2-way pvc fabric. This stuff is liquid oil! Our stretch vinyl material can be used for fashion, cosplay, catsuits, lingerie, theatrical costuming, dancewear, leotards, leggings, and waterproof or water resistant projects.
